The arrival of your personal chauffeur marks the beginning of an unforgettable day of indulgence and adventure. Upon reaching the airport, you're introduced to your pilot and your awaiting helicopter. Moments later, you’re soaring south along the stunning coastline toward the picturesque shores of Port Willunga.

From there, your journey takes a breathtaking turn inland, gliding over the ancient glacial beds and the verdant tapestry of the Fleurieu Peninsula. You’ll pass near Goolwa, Hindmarsh Island, and the dramatic meeting point of the River Murray and the Southern Ocean, before banking once more toward the celebrated wine region of Langhorne Creek.

Your first destination: the award-winning Bremerton Wines.

Next stop is 'Juniper, Grape and Grain' at the unique Chalk Hill Collective, McLaren Vale, the site of three fabulous businesses in one location.

Start with a wine tasting at Chalk Hill Wines, enjoy a pinsa lunch from Cucina di Strada and finish with a gin & tonic tasting flight with one of Never Never Distilling Company's gin experts, all the while enjoy the fabulous view atop the hill overlooking McLaren Vale

Three fabulous regions, three sensational venues.

After your chauffeur has delivered you to your helicopter, lift off for a scenic flight over the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula to Langhorne Creek and Bremerton Wines, and your first gin flight and light finger food.

Then it's back in the helicopter for a relatively short trip to McLaren Vale and Beresford Estate, sampling a flight of 23rd Street Gin from Renmark.

Your final venue, after a flight over the Adelaide Hills and Mount Lofty Ranges, is the gorgeous Glen Ewin Estate, Lower Hermitage. After landing, enjoy tasting a flight of Fig Gin.

The day ends with a return flight to the airport where your chauffeur waits to return you to your departure location.
