We've booked a Heli Lunch, how do I get to the airport?

  • Every HELI LUNCH includes a chauffeur and limousine so you don't have to worry about enjoying yourself too much.  The chauffeur will pick you and your party up in the morning, from one location, and will be waiting for you when you land back at the airport

What is included when I want to HELI LUNCH?

  • From the moment you close the door of your office, hotel room or home until the time you step out of your limousine on your return, HELI LUNCH takes care of every detail, allowing you to enjoy your time unconcerned with accidentally enjoying yourself too much - just remember you have to fly home.

Do we need to take money with us?

  • If you wish to purchase wines to take home, then yes, you will need money.  Other than that, everything is taken care of.

What areas can we select to HELI LUNCH?  Where can we go?

  • You may select from any of the wine producing regions around Adelaide  - Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Kangaroo Island, Langhorne Creek, McLaren Vale

We know which region we wish to dine.  Are we able to choose the restaurant? 

  •  If the restaurant has suitable facilities to land the helicopter, then yes, you can choose the restaurant.

I'm in a wheelchair.  Can you accommodate me?

  • Unfortunately, not at this time, but we are working on it

One of our party is a vegan.  Are dietary restrictions catered for?

  • HELI LUNCH have selected restaurants that cater for different dietary conditions and preferences, both with food and wine.  Simply let us know of any preferences or conditions of individuals in your party and they will be accommodated.

What is your cancellation policy - for example, what if I get COVID and need to isolate?

  • HELI LUNCH  will always provide you with the greatest flexibility to re-schedule or transfer your reservation at any time, without need for a reason .

  • Similarly, in the event of a postponement or cancellation due to COVID restrictions or otherwise, we will provide you with the complete freedom to transfer to any future event at your convenience.

  • We’re extremely flexible and understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, and you may need to re-schedule your event.  We’ll always provide you with assistance to transfer your reservation indefinitely to any future experience; we simply ask for as much notice as possible should you wish to cancel and re-schedule your event.

Do weather conditions affect this experience?

  • Flights are subject to weather conditions on the day of travel. Travel will be at the absolute discretion of the pilot in command.

  • Flight and tour durations are estimates and may be affected by weather, air traffic control and other conditions on the day.
