Helicopter Wine Hop
Option 1:  2 Regions

Kangaroo Island, McLaren Vale

Due to aircraft restrictions over water,

this Wine Hop is for a maximum 2 people

Approximately 7 hours, includes at least one hour wine tasting on Kangaroo Island and over 4 hours wine tasting and lunch in McLaren Vale

First stop, Dudley’s Cliff Top Cellar Door, Kangaroo Island

 

Perched on dramatic cliffs overlooking the Southern Ocean, Dudley’s Cliff Top Cellar Door offers a truly immersive wine experience.

 

Sample hand-crafted, small-batch wines while taking in panoramic coastal views, and feel the island’s wild, natural beauty in every sip.

Wine tasting and Lunch at Beresford Estate, McLaren Vale

Beresford Estate sits at the northern end of McLaren Vale, surrounded by lush vineyards and gum trees.

Once landed, guests are guided to the Tasting Pavilion where they can enjoy a tasting of their award-winning Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other varietals in a relaxed, elegant setting, guided by knowledgeable staff sharing stories of the estate’s winemaking passion.

 

As the highlight of Wine Hop 1, a gourmet lunch awaits at The Vale Restaurant.

 

Crafted from fresh, seasonal produce, the menu is thoughtfully paired with Beresford Estate wines, offering an elegant yet relaxed dining experience that perfectly complements the estate’s renowned varietals.​

Helicopter Wine Hop, Option 2 - 3 Regions

 Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Eden Valley

This Wine Hop is for up to 4 people

Approximately 6 hours 30 minutes which includes at least 60 minutes wine tasting in each of Eden Valley, Barossa Valley wineries and Clare Valley

​Visitors can explore the estate’s historic cellars and sample iconic, handcrafted wines such as Hill of Grace Shiraz, while taking in sweeping views of the cool-climate vineyards that define this region.

  • A rare opportunity to try a few of Henschke's most premium old vine wines, plus some of your other favourites from the extensive list - six wines in total.

  • These distinguished wines are chosen from and could include; Abbotts Prayer Merlot Cabernet, Cyril Henschke Cabernet Sauvignon, Tappa Pass Shiraz, The Wheelwright Shiraz and/or Mount Edelstone Shiraz.

 

  • They each come from unique sites, from vines ranging in age from 30 to over 100 years old and are presented to you along with informative stories about their history and background.​

  • Scenic flight to Paulett Wines' Bush DeVine Winery Restaurant, Clare Valley, for five Pauletts Clare Valley wines, exquisitely matched with inspired canapés prepared in Paulette's Bush DeVine Winery Restaurant. Head chef, Thomas Erkelenz, combines the best of  local produce with unique native Australian flavours to create sumptuous little Bush DeVine creations that perfectly complement each wine.

  • Scenic flight to Elderton Wines, Nuriootpa for CHOCOLATE AND WINE MATCHING - A seated, decadent wine tasting featuring four wines paired with premium chocolates produced by one of Australia’s master chocolate makers, allowing you to make up your own mind as to the best chocolate to serve with wines of the Barossa.

After a 35 minute flight from Keyneton over the gently rolling hills of the 'Mid-North' and Clare Valley, we are landing at Paulett Wines Cellar Door and Bush deVine Winery Restaurant for wine sampling, exquisitely matched with inspired canapés prepared in Paulette's Bush deVine Winery Restaurant.  

 

Head Chef, Thomas Erkelenz, combines the best of local produce with unique native Australian flavours to create sumptuous little Bush DeVine creations that perfectly complement each wine​

Chocolate and Wine Matching tasting experience - Elderton Wines.j

Elderton Wines, Nuriootpa, is the final stop of Wine Hop 2 and showcases the rich heritage and bold flavours of the Barossa Valley.

 

Guests can savour robust Shiraz and other premium reds, complemented by a decadent chocolate and wine pairing experience.

 

Expertly selected chocolates are matched with Elderton’s signature wines, creating a harmonious tasting journey that highlights the depth, texture, and complexity of both the wine and the confectionery—a delicious finale to an unforgettable day of regional tasting.
