Once landed, guests are guided to the Tasting Pavilion where they can enjoy a tasting of their award-winning Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other varietals in a relaxed, elegant setting, guided by knowledgeable staff sharing stories of the estate’s winemaking passion.

As the highlight of Wine Hop 1, a gourmet lunch awaits at The Vale Restaurant.

Crafted from fresh, seasonal produce, the menu is thoughtfully paired with Beresford Estate wines, offering an elegant yet relaxed dining experience that perfectly complements the estate’s renowned varietals.

The wines are created with slow deliberation and stored meticulously in the finest French Oak.
