Booking & Cancellation Policies

Bookings are essential.
In order for us to provide you with the absolute best Heli Lunch experience, we require notice of 7 days in advance of when you wish to dine
Flights and costs are subject to availability, confirmed passenger and baggage weights.
Flights are subject to weather conditions on the day of travel. Travel will be at the absolute discretion of the pilot in command.
Flight and tour durations are estimates and may be affected by weather, air traffic control and other conditions on the day.
Passenger carrying charter flights are conducted under day Visual Flight Rules and are limited to daylight operations only.
