CLUB HELI LUNCH

CONDITIONS

  1. HAVE FUN

  2. Membership shall be valid for a period of 12 calendar months from date of payment

  3. Membership shall entitle members to any and every HELI LUNCH venue, except where stated below

  4. Silver Membership entitles members to:

  • ​EXCLUSIVE MEMBER ONLY offers from wineries and restaurants

  • a reduction of $500 per total price of HELI LUNCH at every venue, before GST is applied, for 3 or 4 people flying in a Bell 206B3 JetRanger, OR

  • $200 OFF every HELI LUNCH at every venue, before GST is applied, for 2 people flying in a Robinson R44 helicopter

  • a reduction of $200 off the per person price, before GST is applied, of each and every HELICOPTER NETWORKING LUNCH 

  • One (1) Complimentary entrance Pass to 'THE GATHERING' HELI NETWORKING, including one approx 5 minute scenic helicopter flight

 5.  Gold Membership entitles members to:

  • EXCLUSIVE MEMBER ONLY offers from wineries and restaurants

  • MEMBER'S LUNCHEON (2 tickets)

  • A reduction of $1000 per HELI LUNCH for each and every HELI LUNCH thereafter, before GST is applied, for  3 or 4 people flying in Bell 206B3 JetRanger

  • A reduction of $500 per HELI LUNCH for each and every HELI LUNCH thereafter, before GST is applied, for 2 people flying in a Robinson R44 helicopter

  • 1 x COMPLIMENTARY HELICOPTER NETWORKING LUNCH   – ONE TICKET enables One person per organisation to share an EC130 or Bell 206B3 helicopter to HELI LUNCH and 'Network' with 3 other business people, from different industries

  • 2 Complimentary passes to 'THE GATHERING' HELI NETWORKING event,  including free 5 minute (approx) scenic helicopter flight  (2 tickets)

  • Wine Blending and Conversations with the Wine Maker , hosted by BLACK STUMP WINES

  • 2 x 10 minute sessions for 2 adults in electric Drift Karts at Oz-E Karts

  6.  Platinum Membership entitles members to:

  • EXCLUSIVE MEMBERS ONLY offers from wineries and restaurants

  • ONE (1) COMPLIMENTARY ALL-INCLUSIVE HELI LUNCH for up to 4 people flying in a Bell 206B3 JetRanger helicopter to a venue in either Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, or Langhorne Creek, OR

  • ONE (1) COMPLIMENTARY, ALL-INCLUSIVE, HELI LUNCH for up to two (2) people flying in a Robinson R44 helicopter to a venue in either Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, or Langhorne Creek

  • 2 x COMPLIMENTARY HELICOPTER NETWORKING LUNCH  – ONE TICKET on TWO seperate LUNCHes (2 tickets in total) enables One person per organisation to share an EC130 or Bell 206B3 helicopter to HELI LUNCH and 'Network' with 3 other business people, from different, but allied, industries

  • MEMBER'S LUNCHEON (4 tickets)

  • THE GATHERING Networking event: 2 x Complimentary entrance tickets including free 10 minute (approx) scenic helicopter flight  (2 tickets)

  • $1,500 OFF every HELI LUNCH price at every venue, before GST is applied, for 3 or 4 people flying in a Bell 206B3 JetRanger, or

  • $500 OFF every HELI LUNCH at every venue, before GST is applied, for 2 people flying in a Robinson R44 helicopter

  • TEAM BUILDING at OZ-E KARTS: 2 sessions (2 x 10 min) for 3 adults in DRIFT KARTS
       – At Adelaide's 1st and only all-electric Drift Karts

  • INVITATION ONLY: Wine Blending & Conversations with The Winemaker, hosted by BLACK STUMP WINES AU

  7.  Diamond Membership entitles members to:

  • All Platinum Membership entitlements, plus

  • ACCESS TO THE HELI LUNCH CORPORATE ROOM, ADELAIDE OVAL

  • ACCESS TO THE HELI LUNCH CORPORATE ROOM, ADELAIDE ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE

  8.  Membership may be transferred at the sole discretion and with the approval of HELI LUNCH 

  9.  Notice of intention to HELI LUNCH must be given no less than 7 days prior to date of flight 

 10.  Flights are subject to weather conditions on the day of travel and will be at the absolute discretion of the pilot in command. 

 11.  MEMBERSHIP IS NOT REFUNDABLE

 12.  MEMBERSHIP IS TRANSFERABLE at the sole discretion of HELI LUNCH
